The Jefferson College of Graduate Studies Announces a New Graduate Certificate Program – Informatics for Translational and Clinical Sciences.
Prepare for your next career move with this new graduate certificate focused on the needs of the working professional. As massive amounts of biological and clinical data accumulate, new skill sets are needed to analyze and translate information within and between the basic biomedical and clinical sciences.
Students will choose from core courses and a selection of electives that will emphasize key areas such as:
• Biomedical Informatics
• Clinical Trials Design and Management
• Research Ethics
• Genomics and Bioinformatics
• Pharmacogenomics
• Information Systems and Database Design & Management
• Molecular Biology Lab Techniques
Focus tracks in Basic Biomedical Informatics (BBI) and
Translational/Clinical Sciences (TCS) are offered. See electives below.
