Program options for high school and college transfer students

Bioscience Technologies

  • PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Bioscience Technologies. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a BS in two years.
  • 2+2 BS – Complete two years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS in two years at Jefferson. Choose from biotechnology, cytotechnology or medical technology.
  • 3+1 BS – Complete three years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS in one year at Jefferson.  Choose from biotechnology, cytotechnology or medical technology.
  • 3+2 entry-level MS – Complete three years of specific prerequisite coursework; then earn a BS and an MS in two years at Jefferson. Choose from biotechnology, cytotechnology or medical technology.

Radiologic Sciences

  • PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Radiologic Sciences. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a BS in two years.
  • 3+1 BS – Complete three years of required coursework at Immaculata University; then earn a BS in one year at Jefferson.
  • Multicompetency Program – Complete 50 prerequisite credits, then earn a BS in two years at Jefferson. Focus on two imaging modalities or one modality and a non-imaging option.
  • Advanced Placement Program – students with a baccalaureate degree or allied health certification and 50 prerequisite credits can earn a BS in one year. Focus on one imaging modality for 12 months.

 

Nursing

  • PACE – An advanced admission program for high school seniors who are committed to a career in Nursing. Transfer to Jefferson in your junior year of college and earn a Prelicensure BSN in two years.
  • ASN-BSN – Earn an associate of science in nursing degree with no previous credits. (Offered at Center City Philadelphia Campus and Geisinger Medical Center Campus in Danville, PA.)
  • BSN – Complete 59 specific prerequisite credits; then earn a Prelicensure BSN in two years at Jefferson.
