Advanced Practice Seminar:
Contemporary Approaches to Autism
This 3-credit seminar, taught by Dr. Roseann Schaaf will include information about the neuroscience basis of autism and contemporary approaches for individuals with autism. Students will also survey current research and theories of autism intervention.The seminar is provided in a distance learning format, except for 1 class meeting on campus September 8, 2007. Students will have access to guest experts on autism across the U.S.
Students who have not matriculated into the OTD program make take this course as a non-matriculated student. The Department allows students to take up to 6 credits without being matriculated into the OTD program. Click on the link below to download the flyer and non-matriculated student form:
