This area of concentration offers students the opportunity
to gain advanced knowledge and skills in the theory,
assessment and intervention of sensory integrative function and dysfunction. Students who complete the
four courses in the concentration are eligible to receive
a Certificate of Competency. This certificate documents advanced training in sensory integration and use of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT) through Western Psychological Services, owner and publisher of the SIPT, and the University of Southern California, co-sponsors of the courses.
