Scholarly interests:
Primary interest area includes the effects of exercise in persons with
chronic disease especially cardiac disease. Currently conducting a study
which is investigating the effect of exercise training on the morphological
characteristics of the heart in the spontaneously hypertensive rat. Other
areas of research interest include the use of electrical stimulation and
teaching and learning.
