Course Description: To gain experience and proficiency in the clinical and/or research applications in pharmacology, students will become familiar with state-of-the-art instrumentation and specialized research techniques in microbiology, immunology and/or molecular biology through placement in a clinical or research laboratory of the University or in an affiliate institution or their place of employment. The type of research laboratory and duration of training for this experience and hence the credit hours, will vary depending upon the student's prior experience, needs, and career goals. |
