Nurse Manager-Medical Oncology Infusion Unit
Registered nurse who manages the financial, human and other resources for the provision of quality patient care for an assigned area over a twenty-four hour peried. Promotes and supports the use of evidence based practice. Responsible for the staffing and administration of the infusion unit. Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients. Maintains and promotes effective communication with staff, the division, the department and other departments to meet orginational goals.
Position Requirements:
Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required. Minimum (5) years nurse management experience required in an acute care facility or out-patient infusion center. Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills required. Chemo certification and current CPR required. BSN required/MSN preferred with emphasis in nursing administration.
