Paste your Resume
Select the resume text from within your word processor. Copy the text into your computer's clipboard by either pressing the Ctrl-C keys, using the right mouse button and clicking the selected text and choosing Copy from the menu, or select Edit and Copy from the menus at the top of your word processor.
Next to paste the copied text into the web page you must place your cursor in the box designated for your resume information. Then Paste the information by pressing the Ctrl-V keys, using the right mouse button and clicking in the box and choosing Paste from the menu, or select Edit and Paste from the menu at the top of your browser (this may not work for some Internet browsers).
Once your resume is properly pasted into the web page, you can send your resume.
