Our online application website allows candidates to easily search and apply for open staff positions (Applicant Home). You may also use this site to update an existing application and attach any additional documents (resume, cover letter, references) that you would like to submit with your application.

You can submit your online application from any computer with Internet Access or visit the Employee Service Center between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm at the following location:

Employees applying for job opportunities must utilize the PeopleSoft Self Service system through on-campus computers only.

Dedicated computers are available in 833 Chestnut on the 1st Floor in the Employee Service Center.

Interviews

A Jefferson Placement Specialist or Recruitment Associate will contact highly qualified candidates directly to coordinate interviews. Prior to an interview, you will be asked to complete an online employment application if you have not already done so.

Due to the significant volume of open positions and resumes received, we regret that we cannot answer your questions about status. You will receive confirmation via email that your application arrived.

Internal applicants should refer to Jefferson's policy regarding transfer eligibility. In general, you must be in your current position for one year, and be in good standing, including satisfactory performance.
