Diploma Mailing Schedule
During the commencement ceremony, graduates are presented with empty black-colored diploma covers to represent the actual diploma. These covers must be returned at the end of the ceremony.
During the Ceremony, your individual diploma will be placed on your assigned seat in the Comcast Room (the room where you checked in and robed). Diplomas measure 11 inches by 14 inches.
Please note that receiving your diploma on the day of the ceremony is contingent upon your department's confirmation that you have completed all degree requirements; and that you have no outstanding obligations with the university.
