PeopleSoft combination editing allows users to validate transactional data at time of entry ensuring accuracy of data within the GL and its subsystems. The mainframe validation table based on PeopleSoft chartfields will continue to be available for external vendors who currently receive extracts.
PeopleSoft provides a default account for purchases made via a Requisition. Some of the defaults are not used by TJU and JUP but instead are used by TJH. If needed, account should be changed to align with account listing.
