Target Audience: This course has been designated for physicians, trainees, pharmacists, and public health professionals.
There is no cost to attend this program; however, registration is required.

Objectives
After completing this CME activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss proposed changes in Pennsylvania’s health care system in relation to Governor Rendell’s Rx for PA.
- Describe how the Rx for PA will affect the services and systems in place for the aging population.
- Discuss expanding scope of practice as a strategy for providing care and improving quality.
- Determine best practices in a regional state to state comparison of health care reform.
- Analyze consumers’, providers’ and payers’ perspectives on the proposed health care reform initiative.

The Department of Health Policy, Jefferson Medical College, is accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education and complies with the Quality Criteria for continuing pharmaceutical education programming.
