The opening of the Farber Institute for Neurosciences at Thomas Jefferson University was featured in a 2003 broadcast by the BBC America. It includes interviews with Farber's founding Director Sam Gandy, M.D., Ph.D., Associate Director, Lorraine Iacovitti, Ph.D., and Jack Farber, who with his wife Vickie established the Farber Institute with a substantial grant from the Farber Family Foundation, Inc.
