Physical Exam
Exam: VS: 99.8 130/75 72 reg 16
Gen: WDWN, appears stated age, appearing uncomfortable but in no acute distress.
HEENT: AT, NC, PERRL, EOMI, oropharynx clear without lesions.
Neck: no JVD, no carotid bruit, no LAD
Heart: RRR no murmur
Lungs: CTA bilaterally
Abdomen: soft, diffuse abdominal tenderness left mid/left lower > right. Positive involuntary guarding. Positive rebound tenderness. No abdominal distension. Positive bowel sounds. Liver and spleen edge not palpable.
Rectal: brown stool, heme negative
Ext: no c/c/e. 2+ distal pulses
