*Student Rate...This discounted monthly rate is only available for fully matriculated students and visitors who are researching or taking courses at Thomas Jefferson University Wills Eye, or Methodist. The Department sponsor must confirm the student’s affiliation to the Assistant Director of Housing Operations, who manages the short term housing program.
Rooms with private bath
First floor renovated rooms with private bathroom, free Cable TV, micro-fridge, desk/chair; wardrobe and night stand with a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Rates $115.00 per night, $690.00 weekly and $1500 monthly ($50 daily).
A first floor kitchen lounge is also available for your convenience!
Apartment
Fully furnished renovated 1st floor apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen, free cable TV. Monthly rate is $2000.00 (less than $67.00 daily). Rate includes all utilities.
Unrenovated Units:
The accomodations listed above are newly renovated first floor units. Unrenovated units are available for a limited time. Non-renovated rooms are available for $85.00 nightly, $490.00 weekly and $1400.00 monthly. Student monthly rate is $625.00 shared, $850.00 private.
