*Student Rate...This discounted monthly rate is only available for fully matriculated students and visitors who are researching or taking courses at Thomas Jefferson University Wills Eye, or Methodist. The Department sponsor must confirm the student’s affiliation to the Assistant Director of Housing Operations, who manages the short term housing program.
MARTIN RESIDENCE SUITE
Martin Suite is a double occupancy room and includes private bathroom, furnished living room with sleeper sofa and bedroom, cable TV and micro fridge. Rate is $120.00 per night (student discount is not available)
MARTIN APARTMENT
Fully furnished Apartment with Living room Bedroom, Private Bath and full kitchen. Free cable TV
Monthly rate $1,500.00 includes all utilities.
