Current On-campus Residents: Deciding Where to Live Next Year?

March 1st- "Turnover" period begins:  On-campus residents receive paperwork that will allow you to either

• Renew
• Transfer (within or between residence halls, or
• Terminate contract

Note: In Martin you have the option to terminate at the end of the Spring Term (May 31st) or at the end of the Summer Term (June 30th). In the apartments all contracts end on June 30th* 

April 30th- All paperwork is due to the Housing Office (Orlowitz, 103)

May-June-  The assignment process begins. All transfer applicants will receive a phone call with a possible unit. You will have the option to verbally accept or decline. If you accept the unit you must sign the assignment letter and a copy of the Housing Agreement and return it to the Housing Department within the specified timeframe. 

*Graduating students may terminate on an earlier timeline. Stop by the Housing Office (Orlowitz, Ste 103) for more information.
