Orlowitz Residence Hall
 The Orlowitz Residence, completed in 1967, is a 20-story apartment facility located on the southwest corner of 10th and Walnut Streets, adjacent to Scott Memorial Library and across the street from Jefferson Alumni Hall and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital complex (see the map). Orlowitz offers a choice of 170 one bedroom, 56 two bedroom, and 11 three bedroom apartments. Floorplans are available for you to review.
The Orlowitz Residence has recently been renovated. The renovation project included: updated building finishes, modern kitchens, new fire alarm and sprinkler system, and updated lobby furniture.

Orlowitz features:
- Professional front desk coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Intercom system between individual apartments and inner lobby doors
- Access card entry through inner lobby doors and elevators
- Trash chutes on each floor
- Ground floor storage lockers
- Lounge with large screen television, pool table, and adjacent sunken courtyard
- Coinmach® Debit operated laundry facilities
- 24-hour emergency maintenance service
- Three on-site Resident Assistants
- Housing Office is located on the first floor
In addition, each unit features:
