To achieve that objective, we have introduced comprehensive career and leadership development programs for all stall levels.
Grow Your Career
A three part series (one hour per weekly session) designed to support frontline employees in identifying their career path and understanding the skills and education they need to follow it. This course also provides education in interviewing skills and writing a resume.
The Emerging Leader
A program designed to help frontline employees determine if a management role is right for them. The class examines the challenges and opportunities of being a supervisor, and includes an assessment of each participant’s readiness for a supervisory position.
In addition to our career and leadership programs, we offer an extensive array of enrichment courses for both front line staff and leaders.
