Earned Time Off (ETO)

ETO = Vacation days you normally accrue
+ accrual of
13 additional days

Effective April 21, Jefferson will launch its new Earned Time Off (ETO) Program that will convert our existing programs for vacation, sick and personal time off into a single program. Information packets about ETO and its many components were mailed home to eligible employees on February 16.

Eligible employees include all regular full-time and part-time employees who are benefits-eligible, excluding full-time faculty, full-time senior administrators, house staff, post docs and bargaining unit employees.

The new ETO Program offers employees greater flexibility for using time off and is on par with what other employers offer in our area.

You can learn more about the program by clicking on the ETO Information on the left-hand side of this page.
