JeffTemps is Thomas Jefferson University's temporary employment service. It provides qualified individuals in a variety of areas including secretarial, clerical, administrative, light industrial and allied health to a variety of departments throughout Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and its managed affiliates.
The JeffTemps program offers you competitive hourly rates of pay, flexible work schedules, and a variety of challenges at all of our Jefferson locations. It also provides the possibility for regular employment as you become familiar with Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and demonstrate your skills, abilities, and dedication to our institution.
Since its inception in 1986, the JeffTemps program has grown steadily. For those of you considering regular employment, you may be interested to know that more than 500 JeffTemps have been placed in full-time and part-time positions within Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. And many more enjoy challenging assignments with all the flexibility of a temporary schedule.
