JeffSMART is Thomas Jefferson University Hospital’s Online system used to evaluate employee Performance. The system provides access to a Performance Journal where employees can enter activities, and update goals and development plans year round. Automated reminders are sent when there are tasks to be accomplished. Online tutorials are available (note that links are accessible if on the campus network).
