IS&T’s Self Service Portal  is our redesigned one-stop shop for submitting all technology requests, questions and issues. The newest feature of Self-Service is an online chat capability, which encourages all members of the Jefferson community to get help from a Solution Center analyst in real time. Chat operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The objective of this improved portal is to enable Jefferson students, employees, clinicians and staff easier access to the Solution Center,  reducing wait times and resolving issues more efficiently.
