Solution Center & Self Service
The IS&T Solution Center is designed to provide technical support for all members of the Jefferson community who need any form of IT help, assistance, orientation, or consulting. This includes self-service forms/information to facilitate specific needs.
Individuals start the support process in one of two ways: by contacting the IS&T Solution Center at 5-7975, or by placing a service request using the ‘Submit a New Request’ link. Issues referred to the IS&T Solution Center are handled by support analysts who work to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
