Research Interests:
Cannabinoid-opioid system interactions. Impact of cannabinoid use on opiate abuse and withdrawal. Biological mechanisms of drug addiction and withdrawal. Using neuroanatomical and biochemical techniques, I study the activity of opioid and cannabinoid agents in noradrenergic circuits in the brain.
