Honors and Awards

• Lambda Nu, the National Honor Society for Radiologic and Imaging Sciences. Students who earn a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher are eligible.
• Mallinckrodt Award for Excellence. Faculty and clinical instructors nominate students for this award, which is based on didactic and clinical performance and collegiality.
• JRCERT Award for clinical excellence. Students participating in JRCERT accredited programs are eligible.

Extracurricular Activities
JCHP students are encouraged to participate in campus-wide events, including:

• social and cultural events
• professional development programs sponsored by JCHP, the alumni association and professional organizations
• yearbook development
• Department, College and University committees (student representatives sit on all committees)
• volunteer and mentoring programs
• orientation programs
• recruitment functions

Professional Societies
Students are strongly encouraged to participate in professional activities and to seek memberships in national, state and local societies which sponsor student competitions. Student memberships are offered by the following Radiologic Sciences organizations:
