- Employees who voluntarily leave Jefferson or the Jefferson Health System within 12 months of the completion of the course will be required to reimburse Jefferson.
- To receive tuition assistance, an employee must present proof of full-time employment at the time of registration and sign an agreement acknowledging her or she will be fully responsible for these charges if he or she withdraws from the course(s) or does not achieve a passing grade.
- No tuition assistance is provided for courses taken on an audit basis.
