3+2.5 Entry-Level Master's of Occupational Therapy Transfer Agreement
Thomas Jefferson University and Muhlenberg College have entered into an articulation agreement that enables students to earn both a Bachelor of Science (BS) or a Bachelor of Arts (AB) and Entry-Level Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy (MS) degrees in five and one half years after graduation from high school.
Students will apply for admission to the 3+2.5 occupational therapy program using the regular Muhlenberg College undergraduate application. If admitted, students will spend the first three years at Muhlenberg and then proceed to Jefferson School of Health Professions, Thomas Jefferson University for the final two and one half years of graduate occupational therapy coursework and fieldwork. The BS in Natural Science, or the AB in Psychology or Sociology will be awarded after successful completion of the first year at Jefferson School of Health Professions. The graduate occupational therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University will be awarded after successful completion of the third year at JSHP.

- Credits earned during the first year at JSHP will be counted toward the completion of the Muhlenberg College’s B.S. or A.B. degree |
-Students must earn at least a 3.0 overall GPA
-A grade of at least a ‘C’ is required to transfer prerequisite coursework to JSHP |
