Jefferson Faculty Member Awarded RWJ Foundation Executive Nurse Fellowship

Beth Ann Swan, PhD, CRNP, FAAN, Associate Professor and Associate Dean of the Graduate Program of the Jefferson School of Nursing at Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson College of Health Professions, was awarded a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellowship. The three-year fellowship, which the Foundation describes as an advanced leadership program for nurses, involves a mentor experience, an individual leadership project and an individual learning plan. Dr. Swan’s project will focus on “Creating and Sustaining a Vision and Environment for Interprofessional Education, Research and Practice.”
