Dr. Hagle currently directs the Center for Nursing Research and Practice, Aurora Health Care, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which is an integrated healthcare system of 13 hospitals and homecare with several academic affiliations for medical and nursing students. Five of the hospitals achieved Magnet recognition and redesignation. Dr. Hagle is a Magnet Appraiser Fellow and a Director member on the Board of Directors for the Infusion Nurse Certification Corporation. She is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
