Thomas Jefferson University and Elizabethtown College
3+3 Doctor of Physical Therapy Transfer Agreement
Thomas Jefferson University and Elizabethtown College have entered into an articulation agreement that enables students to earn both the Bachelor of Science (BS) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degrees in six years after graduation from high school.
Students will apply for admission to the 3+3 DPT program using the regular Elizabethtown undergraduate application. If admitted, students will spend the first three years at Elizabethtown College and then proceed to Jefferson College of Health Professions, Thomas Jefferson University for the final three years of graduate physical therapy coursework. The BS in Biology from Elizabethtown College will be awarded after successful completion of the first year at Jefferson College of Health Professions. The DPT degree from Thomas Jefferson University will be awarded after successful completion of the third year at JCHP.

-3 – year B.S. in Biology curricular track
-Credits earned during the first year at JCHP will be counted toward the completion of the Elizabethtown College’s B.S. degree in Biology |
-Students must earn at least a 3.0 GPA both overall and in the sciences
-A grade of at least a ‘C’ is required to transfer prerequisite coursework to JCHP |
