Thomas Jefferson University and Immaculata University
3+3 Doctor of Physical Therapy Transfer Agreement
Thomas Jefferson University and Immaculata University have entered
into an articulation agreement that enables students to earn both
the Bachelor of Science (BS) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
degrees in six years after graduation from high school.
Students will apply for admission to the 3+3 DPT program using
the regular Immaculata undergraduate application. If admitted, students
will spend the first three years at Immaculata and then proceed to
Jefferson School of Health Professions, Thomas Jefferson University
for the final three years of graduate physical therapy coursework.
The BS in Biology from Immaculata will be awarded after successful
completion of the first year at Jefferson School of Health Professions.
The DPT degree from Thomas Jefferson University will be awarded
after successful completion of the third year at JSHP.

-December 15th deadline.

-3 – year B.S. in Exercise Science/Pre-PT
-Credits earned during the first year at JSHP will be counted toward the completion of the Immaculata University’s B.S. degree in Biology |
-Students must earn at least a 3.0 overall GPA
-A grade of at least a ‘C’ is required to transfer prerequisite coursework to JSHP |
