These rooms may be reserved only during certain times when the Academic
Development Specialist (ADS) is in the office: Monday and Tuesday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In order to reserve a room, a student must do two things:
Make the reservations in person with the ADS (Jennifer Fogerty).
Jennifer Fogerty is the only person who can take reservations.
Reservations MUST be made in person, not by mail, phone, fax or
e-mail, because the person making the reservation is required to show
his/her Jefferson College of Health Professions ID card.
Jennifer Fogerty can take reservations only when she is in her office
on the 18th floor (see business hours posted at Room 1810-C).
Please bring a valid TJU Jefferson College of Health Professions student ID.
Groups of 4-8 people may reserve the conference
room. Only 1-2 people at a time are allowed to use the distraction-free
room.
Reservations are taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
If students wish to eat or drink, they must do so in the lounge area
of the 18th floor, and not in the conference room or the distraction-free
room.
