Getting Help
Several different avenues exist on campus for help with the computing environment. They include:
- Jefferson's Web-based Service Request. You can request help with any non-emergent issue anytime, anywhere via this method.
- Jefferson's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is a telephone help desk for emergent issues and quick support questions.
- Jefferson's Customer Support Center (CSC) is a physical location where support is provided for the acquisition of equipment along with some defined "walk-in" services.
- JEFFLINE's Reference and Information Services. Personalized assistance is provided, by members of the Information Services Department, for basic reference support and the use of other library resources.
