To manage user identities and provisioning of accounts on many of the applications at TJU, Jeff IT maintains several types of online directories. The most common are LDAP (lightweight directory access protocol) and Active Directory, for Microsoft systems and applications.

Groups managing application authentication should point to one of these directories. For more information, contact Chris Campbell at 3-1712.
