The documentation on this page only applies to users who have already been migrated to Microsoft Exchange Online.
This page contains information on configuring your mail clients and mobile devices for Microsoft Exchange Online MAPI email. Please note that Jeff IT supports only TJU devices. The information provided on this page may be used for personal devices; however, Jeff IT is not responsible for any resulting issues.

EntourageEntourage does not support the MAPI email protocol. After your scheduled email migration, Jeff IT will not support IMAP email on the Entourage email client. Jeff IT recommends that Entourage users use either Mac Mail or Outlook 2011 as their primary Mac email client. Instructions on adding Jefferson MAPI mail to both Mac Mail and Outlook 2011 are listed above. |

BlackberryBlackberries do not support the MAPI email protocol. Jeff IT recommends that Blackberry users continue to use the IMAP BIS account that is currently configured on their Blackberry devices. |
