Check Status of Service Requests
You may periodically check on where your request is in the queue, as Jeff IT Service Request system tracks your request through our process.
In order to check the status of an open Service Request, go to Pulse and click on the 'Check Request Status' located on the left Links menu. This page requires your Campus Key, unless you have logged into Pulse.
After successfully entering your Campus Key, you will see a page that displays an Issues Lists which has all of your Service Request and thier status. Click on the Service Request number to review the details for that request.
