Jeff IT Service Desk

The Jeff IT Service Desk provides first and second level support for all members of the TJU community who need any form of IT help, assistance, orientation, or consulting.

Individuals start the support process in one of two ways, by contacting the Jeff IT Service Desk Monday through Friday by calling 3-7600, or by placing a service request.Issues referred to the TJU Service Desk are handled by Service Desk Analysts who work to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
