Planning for Windows 7 Professional
Jeff IT will continue to provide assistance for currently supported applications; however, it is the responsibility of the client to confirm Windows 7 Professional 64-bit compatibility for any application that falls outside of Jeff IT standard support.
Below are some suggested steps that will guide you through the testing process to ensure that your software and applications are compatible with Windows 7 64-bit.

The Windows 7 Compatibility Center website list thousands of devices and software programs and clearly labels their compatibility status for Windows 7. Please note that some Microsoft training sites may require you to install Microsoft Silverlight. If you are unable to install Silverlight, please submit a ticket with Jeff IT by logging into Pulse and selecting the Service Request link on the left-hand menu. Choose Desktop Issue when submitting the request.
