========================= JeffNEWS, October 5, 1994 ========================= "Teaming Up to Make a Difference" - Qualitative Ideas ----------------------------------------------------- Sharing and making contributions in the workplace benefits us all, as the successful employee suggestion program, "Teaming Up to Make a Difference," has shown. In the last issue of JeffNEWS, the top winners from the program's first phase, the quantitative phase, were publicized. You may not have heard much about phase II ideas, yet the employee suggestion program administrators, systems managers and Evaluation Committees haven't forgotten them. A list of approved qualitative ideas - ideas that enhance customer satisfaction, improve workplace safety, increase employee efficiency and effectiveness, and expand our educational services - were announced on September 30. Although these ideas did not count towards the top travel award, once again Jeffersonians proved that when they put their minds to a task and unleash their creativity, it translates into improved efficiency and quality for the University. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Information provided by: Editor, JeffNEWS (215) 955-6204 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
