We'll Know Teaming Up to Make a Difference Winners Soon

We're all on the edge of our seats, but it won't be long now before we 
know the winning teams bound for Hawaii, assure program directors MaryAnn 
McGinley, RN, MSN, associate executive director for patient services, and 
Frank J. Milewski Jr., associate vice president for management systems. The 
top teams for the employee suggestion program will be featured in the 
September 13 issue of JeffNEWS .  

Still hard at work are the evaluation committees, who are wrapping up 
their evaluation of quantitative ideas. Systems managers are reviewing the 
top qualitative ideas scored by the evaluation committees. It's been a 
challenging job to make decisions about so many first-rate qualitative 
suggestions. Systems managers will have to choose among many ideas to 
approve their goal of 250 of qualitative ideas.
