There's More Than One Way to Read JeffNEWS
------------------------------------------

   JeffNEWS readers can now use Internet to access the University's
newspaper directly from their computer terminal. There are two ways to
access the newsletter electronically.

   o Through TJGopher, the department of information system's gopher 
     server, readers can select "Thomas Jefferson University," then 
     "JeffNEWS, Thomas Jefferson University's newspaper."

   o Through JeffLine, the Scott Memorial Library information system, 
     readers can choose the "JeffNEWS" menu item.


TJU 1994 Telephone Directories Hot Off The Press
------------------------------------------------

   The 1994 Thomas Jefferson University Telephone Directory is ready for
use. The directory cover, designed by DIS graphic services, sports a detail
of the architectural plan of the Main Building's 10th Street facade. Please
note the following changes in this year's slightly larger format: 

   o Updated campus map, zip code and area code maps, 
     pages 8, 9 and 32
   o Updated list of area hospitals and organizations, page 26
   o New easier-to-read format for white page listings, which now include 
     Thomas ID number, fax number and Internet address in addition to name, 
     department, address, pager and extension for each listing

   To order sufficient 1994 Telephone Directories for your department,
please use warehouse requisition #0027-01, catalog  #0100-00.
