Compliance Corner
Have you ever felt a sense of uneasiness about what you are doing or about the ways other people in your department are conducting business? If so, it is important that you stop, think about what you are doing, and get advice.

There are several resources you can turn to if you need advice. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor first. However, if you are not comfortable talking to your supervisor, or if you are not satisfied with the way he or she answers your question, you should try to speak with someone else in management or the Corporate Compliance Department. You can contact Corporate Compliance by calling the appropriate Compliance Officer directly TJU Compliance Officer: 215-503-0762 and TJUH Compliance Officer: 215-955-4177) or via ComplyLine (1-888-5COMPLY), our confidential hotline service.

All information received by the Corporate Compliance Department will be kept in strict confidence to the extent permitted by law. And, as long as you honestly report your concerns, our policy prohibits your being reprimanded or disciplined in any way. So, when questions arise, don’t wait, take the appropriate steps to get the answers you need.
