To celebrate Doctor’s Day 2000, Jeffersonians were treated to decorated cakes and banner displays in the Atrium compliments of the Hospital’s Women’s Board. And for the second year in a row, students from the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts designed posters showing physicians in action for the Hospital’s poster contest. Shown with one of the cakes served at the Atrium, from left, are Thomas J. Lewis, President and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital; Melvin L. Moses, MD, President of the Medical Staff, and Clinical Professor of Surgery, Jefferson Medical College, and Susan C. Silver, President of the Women’s Board. Poster entries are displayed in the background. Robert Neroni Photography
