Security Administration Now at New Locations In early September, CSO moved from its offices on 10th Street to occupy the former Security Administration offices around the corner at 924 Walnut St. In turn, Security Administration had relocated to 2 Mezzanine in the Edison Building in late August. Coinciding with these moves, William Cella has been promoted to the new position of Manager, Security Access and Commuter Services Office. Mr. Cella has served 25 years in Security, where he was in charge of Officer training, building access control, and the Photo Identification Center. The moves join CSO with the campus Photo Identification Center, which remains at 924 Walnut St., managed by Mr. Cella. Employees will benefit from the double relocation, says Kevin J. Donahue, Director, Accounting and Systems for Human and Physical Resources and CSO. "The facilities at 924 Walnut St. are more accessible and offer more efficient space for the increasing number of employees using CSO services," Mr. Donahue says. "We expect the office to be even busier in the months ahead with the advent of our new programs enabling employees to purchase parking and transportation items on a pre-tax salary reduction basis." The moves also allow the Security Administration team to be centralized in a new location for Howard Haynes, Wayne Bazemore and Weldon Bazemore, Managers, and Joseph Gariffo, Investigator. The Security Department's Command Center will remain in the basement of the Curtis Building. |
