All employees are required to act in accordance with the Code of Conduct and the laws, rules and regulations which apply to all of us. Any employee who fails to comply with the principles outlined in the Code of Conduct will be subject to disciplinary action. The type and severity of the discipline will be appropriate to the circumstances and nature of the improper behavior of the employee. Examples of compliance violations that may result in disciplinary action are contained in the Human Resources policy and procedure manual. You may obtain additional information about this policy from your supervisor, the Human Resources Department or the Corporate Compliance Officer.
