Learn to 'Tame Technostress' The program is open to employees at a discount. Digital Eve Philly is a new professional organization created especially for women in technology. "Technostress" occurs when individuals rely heavily on technology in their day-to-day lives, causing a negative effect on their physical and mental wellbeing, the workshop organizers say. Presenters from the Health Awareness Program will teach individuals how to "tame technostress" through a hands-on workshop that includes a lecture, a "power walk" through historic Philadelphia, yoga, self-massage and stress management.
