Jeff HOPE's largest site is at the Salvation Army's Gateway Service Center. Now the Salvation Army has recognized Jeff HOPE, as well as the Hands of Hope Physical Therapy Clinic and Ways and Means Occupational Therapy Clinic, with an award of their own. Hands of Hope and the Ways and Means Occupational Therapy Clinic developed from efforts by students of the College of Health Professions in the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy departments. The Salvation Army award acknowledges the commitment of the organizations to providing health care to those who face barriers in obtaining care. The students also benefit by gaining understanding.
