Women's Board Jewelry Sale And Payroll Deduction Make Springtime Gift Shopping a Breeze

How are you going to manage buying those special gifts you always need at this time of year?

Whether you're attending bridal showers or celebrating weddings, Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduations or anniversaries, you'll find grand gifts at the sale of gold and silver jewelry sponsored by the Martha Jefferson department of the hospital Women's Board. Come to the Gibbon Building's 11th Street Atrium on Thursday and Friday, May 9 and 10, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., for the best possible prices and a wide selection of jewelry.

You'll find merchandise that comes directly from the manufacturer, as well as imports from Italy, Israel and Asia, according to jewelry sale co-chairmen, Mrs. John L. Abruzzo and Mrs. John McNulty.

Payroll deduction lets you spread the payment for your purchases over four pay periods. You'll receive information about this service in the jewelry-sale flier distributed with the Thursday, May 2, paychecks. Jeffersonians who present the flier at the sale will receive a special gift just for stopping by.

In addition, a piece of jewelry will be given away to three people, selected in a drawing, who made purchases during the two-day sale.
