All Jeffersonians are invited to attend Thomas Jefferson University’s Anniversary celebration commemorating the 175th Anniversary of Jefferson Medical College, the 30th Anniversary of the College of Graduate Studies and the 30th Anniversary of the College of Health Professions. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 8, from 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. on Scott Plaza and will include welcoming remarks by University President, Paul C. Brucker, MD, music, a DJ, balloons and a Jefferson historical trivia contest. Contest participants will follow a Jefferson nickel to poster stations around Scott Plaza to answer trivia questions to win prizes .

Join your colleagues for a special anniversary cake and soda. Listen to Jefferson’s a cappella groups the Histones and Arrythmia. In addition, lunch and other snacks will be available to purchase or bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy on Scott Plaza.

So that all Jeffersonians will have an opportunity to celebrate these milestones, the Anniversary event will also include early morning donuts and coffee from 6 to 7:30 a.m. and anniversary cake and beverage from 6 to 8 p.m. in the 10th Street seating area of the Atrium.
